Conditions of sale

  1. Prices to the public include VAT but do not include any tax, duties, or fees applicable in the country of destination of the products and/or services outsideItaly. these costs vary from country to country and shall be met by the Customer, who is required to verify amount swith customs authorities before hand.

  4. Shipments in Italy are always free. The cost of shipping the goods outside Italy will be calculated at the time of the order.
  5. The Orders will be processed within two working days from receipt and handed over to an express courier Goods are normally delivered within 3-5 working days from the date they are received by the courier In the event of a delay, Customers will be duly notified.
  6. The goods will be delivered to the Customer, or a person acting on their behalfat the destination address indicated in order. When the courier delivers the goods, the Customer is required to check that the number of delivered parcels matches the number in the delivery documents and that no parcels appear to be damaged or interfered with. The Customer must immediately report any damage to the parcel(s) and/or to the products, or discrepancies between the number of parcels delivered and the number in the delivery documents, by writing “With Reservations” on the Courier’s delivery note. Once the Customer signs the Courier’s document, the Customer will not be able to contest the exterior characteristics of the delivered parcel(s).
  7. CASES IN WHICH THE CUSTOMER IS NOT PRESENT WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES: the courier will make two attempts to deliver the goods. After the second attempt, the goods will be stored for eight days.

  9. These General Conditions are subject to the Italian Law and each Purchase Agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of Italian courts. Any disputes regarding these General Conditions or Purchase Agreements will be the exclusive competence of the Court of Castrovillari (CS), without prejudice to any Consumer protection rules applicable.

Faulty goods /Goods damaged in transit

Goods damaged in transit:

If any of the parcels received by the Customer via courier from Orange Sky are visibly damaged (broken boxes), they may proceed as follows:

  • If the delivery consists of multiple parcels, the Customer must not accept the damaged parcel and sign the couriers delivery noteWith Reservations. We will arrange to take back the parcel and send a new one.
  • If the delivery consists of one single parcel, the Customer must not accept the delivery; we will arrange to take back the parcels and make a new delivery.

Should a damaged product no longer be available, Orange sky will contact the Customer and offer an alternative. If the Customer does not find a suitable alternative in our catalogue, we will refund the amount paid. We will cover all costs involved in sending the parcel(s) back to us and making a new delivery.

Legislative Decree206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees the right to 21/2014 cancel an order, for whatever reason, apply to purchases made on the web site orangesky.it

Faulty goods:

If the purchased goods are faulty, the Customer is entitled to a substitution. Orange Sky considers customer satisfaction a priority. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • goods must be substantially undamaged
  • only individuals have the right to cancel. The policy does not apply to retailers or anyone who purchases goods to be sold to third parties.
  • When cancelling an order, all costs to return the goods will be met by the Customer.
  • When returned goods reach our warehouse, they will be examined to check for any damages or interference (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is a condition for cancellation), therefore, Customers must be very careful when preparing the package
  • Customers must notify us of their intention to cancel within 14 days from receiving the goods and send the goods back to us within the next 10 days.

REFUNDS

Orange Sky commits to refund the Customer of the amount equal to the value of the goods shown on the invoice within 14 working days from receiving the returned goods The above-mentioned amount does not include shipping charges n article 5, parag. 6, legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/1999.
